Hello, we like to inform you that we have a BOT that check Filelist everytime user connect on the hub. Of course, if the filelist is clean, users with a share size over 100 GiB are manually added on the ignore list. Their filelist is check manually every few days, If filelist is clean they are checked only once a week.

Q: If my speed is slow can I ask for ignore even with share ex: 30 GB?
A: Yes sure! Just send private message with reason and you will be informed back...

Q: Why everytime I connect on the hub BOT check something?
A: Yes BOT will check your client every time you connect on the hub, even if you are on ignore list. This check is very small and last cca 0-3 seconds.

Q: Where is the reason for checking the Filelist?
A: The main reason is #1 fake share and second is #2 porn under age of 18! Additional #3.
#1) Mismatched share size - zero bytes real size
#2) Porn files under age of 18 are Strictly Forbidden !
#3) Windows App Directory and Incomplete Files

How many hubs check filelists?
Unfortunately, this number is very small, which is why so many users share forbidden files ex: Incomplete files, porn under age of 18 and more. Sometimes we inform user for sharing incomplete files, but they don`t care because they are about 10% of the hubs that care about DC Network and not how popular hub is. Owners who spam on hubs, they only care how big hub is and this is very sad!

Q: Could I use report If I found someone with Forbidden Files etc.?
A: Sure! This will help a lot. Type in Main Chat: +report User Reason

Fake Share: 2 Days
Bad & No TTHL TTHF Support: 20 minutes
Porn under age of 18: 12 Hours
ADL Search: 1 Hour
Warn Info: 6 Warns = Kick - 3 Kicks = Ban
Kick: 20 minutes (Not Used)

With a Time Ban, user is allowed to reconnect on the hub again when time expires.
NOTE: If you are banned first time you will be banned again! Remove file/s from your share and refresh Filelist!
